Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation supports a range of grants to support education, advocacy and outreach efforts. We accept educational grant requests for healthcare professionals, as well as patient education initiatives to support education and outreach in the community.

Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation discovers and develops innovative products to cure diseases, ease suffering and enhance patient quality of life. Novartis is committed to the advancement of these goals through education, advocacy and outreach.

Consistent with this mission, Novartis will consider funding the following types of grant requests:

• Professional Medical Education
• Professional Medical Education grants that support independent accredited and non-accredited medical education for healthcare professionals.

Medical Education grants must be independent of commercial bias and non-promotional in nature.

Educational Grant requests may be submitted to support live events, web-based education or print material.

Alliance Development

Alliance Development grants support patient advocacy and professional medical organizations in their efforts to educate and support patients, caregivers, family members and the public.

Alliance Development will accept grant requests for patient education initiatives to support independent patient education and outreach in the community.

Associations applying for these grants must be tax exempt according to Paragraph 501 (c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue code.
